We are brilliant, we are silly, we are complex, we are happy, we are sad, we are mean, we are spiritual, we are damaged, we are beautiful, we are resilient, we are many, many things… We are not monolithic.

I choose to write stories that tell the complexities behind the Black/African-American/ADOS people. Appearances can be deceiving, but never are they without reason or justification. So, as you may find familiarity in the characters in many of my works, I hope that you will also see the depth of their beings through their words and actions.
